Welcome to JAK THREADS By accessing or using our website (jakthreads.in) and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Business Identity

JAK THREADS is operated under a sole proprietorship registered as JAK THREADS. All services, orders, and interactions on the site are governed by the terms stated below.

2. Payment Terms

We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay, including:

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
Debit Cards / Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)
Net Banking
Wallets (Paytm, Freecharge, etc.)
Pay Later services
Cash on Delivery (COD)

Payment must be completed at checkout, except in the case of COD.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once processed, your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email.
Shipping is generally free within India. International shipping charges may vary based on location.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or inventory issues.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of product delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your cart and shipping details carefully before confirming.

6. User Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
LURQ reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

LURQ is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our control, including natural disasters, transportation delays, or technical failures.
