Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once processed, your order will be carefully packed and handed over to our delivery partners.

Shipping Timeline

You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email once the shipment is dispatched.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Within India: Shipping is free on most orders.

  • International Orders: Shipping charges vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
As a new startup, we are actively working on enabling this feature soon. We appreciate your support and understanding.

Possible Delays

While we aim for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Courier or logistics disruptions

  • Weather or natural calamities

  • Government regulations or holidays
